Last day in Dresden

We've done everything that Alex and Michail have suggested to do and feel that we know enough about this fair land to move on. Today we headed off by Sbahn to Rathen to view what they call here "Saxony Swiss" which is just another word for a town that looks like it's from Switzerland.
But what lies around the town is the surprise. Hoards of mountains, sandstone really, that have been weather beaten to a beautiful state. We climbed for the entire afternoon and never finished the trail - too old I guess.
After downing a beer in 10 minutes, we headed to the line up for the river Elbe cruise back to Dresden - a 3 hour trip. G lay on the grass next to all the other OLD people and waited. Wish I had such patience.
Our trip was great but we are ready to be on the road again so when we got back to the hotel, G took off to find more German language reading books for the long train ride tomorrow to Frankfurt. I will do this small entry and them prepare my luggage for the next trip.
