3rd day in London

Today is The War Horse Day. I've wanted to go to this as a movie but it would be too hard for me to watch animals on screen. I was told by a friend to catch the theatre production as it is super but not as hard to deal with as in film.
So this morning we headed towards Picadilly Circus, Trafalgar Square, and parts around there. There's a new area called The Seven Dials that has recently attracted many new stores and pubs/restaurants and is set around in radiating lines from a central statue. It's very cool. We spent all day just walking and seeing things that we liked the last time here and then headed to the theatre for 2:30 matinee.
The War Horse was spectacular. Never before have we seen such puppetry, I guess this is what you would call it as adults were actually in and on the outside of the huge actual size animals.
We had 4th row seats in a smallish and personal theatre where everyone could see everything.
The story was endearing and sad but you were soon lost in the actual play and forgot that people were moving the characters around on stage. We were mesmerized and feel very fortunate to have seen such an odd and wonderful piece of artwork created right before our eyes.
